Lyndon Thomas Takes Biggest UK Order for Doosan Trucks

Lyndon Thomas Limited, based in Northampton in the UK, has taken delivery of eight new Doosan DA30-5 articulated dump trucks (ADTs), the biggest single order for Doosan trucks in the UK, for use in projects across the country.



Doosan European Parts Centre – Industry leading Service

The European Parts Centre for the Doosan Heavy range of excavators, wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks, based at Leipzig in Germany, is currently achieving an industry-leading fill rate of an average of 96.6% compared to the typical figure of 95% in the rest of the industry.

Doosan (Chairman Yongmaan Park) held the Doosan Global Business Forum 2015 in Edinburgh, Scotland, on July 17th. Among the attendees were Gordon Brown, former British Prime Minister; Gene Sperling, former Director of the U.S. National Economic Council (NEC); Justin Yifu Lin, former Senior Vice President of the World Bank; Shri Rajiv Mehrishi, Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, India; and Amitabh Kant, Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India.



Doosan extends The Open Sponsorship for five more years until 2019

Waterloo, Belgium - Doosan (Chairman Yongmaan Park) announced on July 12 that it has signed a five-year extension with The Royal & Ancient Golf Club (The R&A) to continue its sponsorship for The Open Championship (also known as the British Open), one of the most prestigious tournaments in professional golf.
